The IT SERVICE page provides functioning functionality about selected IT Service including definition, attributes, dependencies, life cycle and relationship with other entities.

The first Panel is Navigation Panel

Provides a simple and easy way to identify and select IT service by various filter option. The node is filtered or narrow down by selecting the entity sub class alias name inside the Focus On box and specific collection from the drop down. The focus ON box lists all entity sub class alias for IT SERVICE entity. (Select All) check box allows the user to select all entity sub class alias.

Select Collection drop down list is filtered based on user’s selection in entity sub class alias.

The drill down tree node allows the user to select a particular Domain and Cluster to pick a particular IT Service.

The second Panel is Information Domains which lists all available information domains. The user can select one or more information domains to view the details in third panel.

The third Panel is display panel which display all selected information Domains details selected by user in the second panel.

Note: Based on the configuration and permissions, you may not see all the information domains of the selected IT Service page.

• The grid will display core attributes of the selected IT Service. The icon on the right corner allow the user to select additional fields to display.

• The grid displays component type, service component and other related details. The filter icon on the right side allow the user to enable or hide the filter option on each column in the grid.

• The field chooser icon on each grid allows the user to select additional columns to be displayed on the grid screen.In the component grid, the user can selects Primary IT manager, Secondary IT Manager and other additional fields.

• This grid displays capability information about the selected IT service in previous fiscal year, current fiscal year and future fiscal years. The child node allows to user to see all the capability category with fiscal year details.

• This grid displays all other IT Services supported by and supports the selected IT Service from the Tree view. The gives direction of support, service type, service name, component type, strength , status and start date. The user is allowed to select additional columns by selecting field chooser icon.

• This grid displayes selected IT Service Governance details along with start date and end date.

• This grid displays all the Technology along with name, version, status, start date and end date that depends on the selected IT service.

• Tree map - a navigation layout, representing an hierarchy.
