Purpose

In References page, you can manage various system and organization data.

Layout & Navigation

There are two panel in the references page:
(I) First panel to select links what we want to manage
(ii) In Second panel data will be loaded depending upon the link selected on the first panel.

Manage Entity Aliases

Purpose: Displays Grid to manage Entity Alias data for current organization.
Detail:

  • You can add/update/delete Entity Alias data for current organization.

Manage Organization-specific Reference Data

Purpose: Displays Grid to manage organization specific data for current organization.
Detail:

  • You can add/update/delete organization specific data for current organization.
  • Combination of System Reference Value and Value Alias must be unique.
  • By default, data in grid, is grouped by Object and Attribute. You can change this grouping.

Manage Access Rights Alias Data

Purpose: Displays Grid to manage data of access right alias for current organization.
Detail:

  • You can add/update/delete access right alias data using this grid.
  • On top of the grid, you can select role for which you want to set access right alias.
  • In grid, you can directly give access to selected role by using check-boxes. If you want to give full access, you can select All in grid.
  • By default, data in grid, is grouped by Object and Attribute. You can change this grouping.

Manage Email Template Alias Data

Purpose: Displays Grid to manage data for image template alias for current organization.
Detail:

  • You can add/update/delete email template alias data using this grid.
  • In case of add, you can select object but in case of editing any existing record, you can’t object.
  • You can use HTML editor tool to create html template for any mail. In this tool, you can design, check it as HTML and preview it.

Manage User Access Management Data

Purpose: Displays Grid to manage user access management data.
Detail:

  • You can add/update/delete user access management data from grid.
  • You can’t add new record to this grid but can edit any existing record.
  • In case of editing, you can just change role of any use and make is available or not.

Manage User Profile Management Data

Purpose: Displays Grid to manage user profile management data.
Detail:

  • You can add/update/delete user profile management data from grid.
  • In case of adding new record, you can set password. But can’t update password while editing record from grid.

Manage Value Dials Data

Purpose: Displays Grid to manage value dial data in an organization.

Manage Measure Data

Purpose: Displays Grid to manage measure data in an organization.
Detail:

  • You can add/update/delete measures using this grid.
  • For each measure, you can add formulas by selecting formula option with each measure.
  • To add formula, you have to select scope, function to apply, dependent object, value dial and dependent object measure. Based on dependent object selected, it will load attribute filters to select appropriate objects and other filters. After selecting appropriate values in filters and applying them, it will create formula for selected measure.
