Starting as a New User
To access the application, you must log into the system. There are two pieces of information that enables to the system to provide access and manage the functionality available.
- Credentials (username and passcode)
- Depending upon the configuration, you can either use your company provided user name and password, or your email ID and passcode setup in CAMP
- Assigned Role
- The system administrator has assigned you a role. Depending upon the role, you may have read/write permissions and access to certain functionality. Once you are logged in and you don't see the menu options you are interested in, contact system administrator for an appropriate role.
First Time User
Typically, the system administrator add your email address as your username into the system. System sends an invitation and account activation email. The account activation email has a unique URL link for the invited user.
As a new user:
- click on the URL included in the email.
- The system will prompt you to specify a passcode, and enter basic information about yourself.
- Once completed, the system will log you in.
- If you have access to only one organization, system will directly take you the home page of the organization. If you have access to multiple organizations, it will present the list of the organizations to choose from.
Self-Enrollment
If your organization is configured for self-enrollment, you can select the Click to Enroll on the login page and follow the prompts. Once completed, it will send you an email to confirm and activate your account. From the email, follow the steps outlined above in the First Time User section.
Changing Passcode and Profile
To change your passcode and profile information click on your name on the top right corner of the application.
